INSTRUCTIONS
Please reserve specimens by
email (best), writing or calling as soon as possible.
Specimens sold on a
first come first served basis. If you call and I am away or can'
t answer my phone, please leave a message and phone number so I
can call you back. Prices are subject to change but are usually
good for one month after advertising or my catalog goes out.
Please send me a wish list on items you would like to buy. I can
usually locate items for you if you give me a reasonable amount
of time.
Thanks you for your interest in Mitterling Meteorites and I hope
to be of service. Please feel free to ask questions on
collecting.
Terms: I accept Visa and
Mastercard, Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. I do
not accept Pay Pal. Specimens are sent by mail with
delivery conformation and/or signature card along with
insurance. All items have a five day approval. You can return
for a full refund if you notify me in the five day period. No
hassles on returns. I try to discount on multiple purchases. If
your a regular customer you will save money by repeat purchases.
Shipping is usually from $1.00 to $4.00 USA delivery plus
insurance.
Most packages sent are in the $2
to $5 dollar range for postage. On large orders, I cover the
shipping costs. Foreign orders are just a slight bit more but
reasonable cost.
